Molly was an insanely biased GAL, to the point that it’s unethical for anyone to hire her for the job. The woman she kept trying to give full custody to •repeatedly cheated on her husband •took her child WITH HER TO HAVE AFFAIRS •sexually harassed my husband •stole hydrocodone and used it recreationally •took pills and spent hours on porn sites WHILE AT WORK AS AN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL TEACHER •Assaulted a minimum of three people •crashed her uninsured car with her child in it and fled the scene •lied about everything coparenting related, including that tuition had been waved •threatened to withhold medical care from the child if the dad testified that she assaulted me •committed Medicaid fraud And the dad’s sins that made him deserve no custody? He sided with me after this woman attacked me, caused me to miscarry my baby, and made inappropriate comments about my family being lynched. She had no notes in court, therefore couldn’t even remember what was discussed for only ten minutes several months before. She only interrogated the father despite all the things I listed about the mother. The only good thing is that she was SO BIASED the judge dismissed her recommendations on multiple occasions. Molly is an evil human. Unfortunately I don’t seem to be able to add pictures to this review which provide proof to these claims, but I will add if I’m able to figure out how.

Molly took the time to listen to all the specific nuances of my divorce which lasted 2 years. Not only did she share legal knowledge and smart decisions for my judgement, she shared recommendations of top notch counselors for me, my children, and co-parenting counseling. She was instrumental in setting up a workable path to guide the next chapter my life.

Molly was the court-appointed GAL for my divorce that lasted nearly two years. While she had to remain unbiased and professional, I never felt like she wasn’t listening to me and I never felt unheard. She genuinely looked out for the safety and protection of my children and for that, I am forever thankful. Molly was also sincere in her condolences, and my sister passed away in the middle of our case. I’ve recommended her for my friends going through divorces again and again because she’s tough, she’s a fighter, she doesn’t back down, and she stands up for what’s best for children.

Molly only met with my kids once. Gave advice to my now ex. I ended up winning custody of my kids. I strongly recommend finding a different GAL.
