				Paid a $500 retainer to represent my LLC in a property damage case. Weeks went by with no notice of appearance filed and no work product delivered. Attempted to reach the attorney by phone, email, and voicemail multiple times over a three week period with no response. When I finally reached the office, I was told Rick Filippi was unavailable and was met with hostility & obscenities from another attorney, Nick at the firm for following up on my own case. We are 3 days away from the hearing & no notice of appearance has been filed and there's been zero follow up. Would strongly not recommend.

Richard is very knowledgeable, and professional, and understanding. He went above and beyond with his advice. He's very responsive. Although I never needed to make it to the point of signing a letter if engagement, I recommend him. His advice helped me avoid a lot of headaches.
