I was hoping my divorce would go smoothly and evenly with my ex. Surprise, surprise he made it difficult because he had his mother enter the picture and make it more complicated. More to the point, Mr Figiel helped make this as smooth as possible, everything to best benefit of my children and myself, listened to my expectations and wants but best and most importantly. I hired Mr. Figiel as my attorney thinking he would help in my situation. His service was extremely disappointing. I hired him to represent me, however he didn't follow any of my instructions. I understand there had to be a compromise in these situations, but he completely disregarded my opinions, he also barely communicated with me. He caused me greater financial loss, and then refused to continue with the case. As a result of his subpar service, I was left on my own. Very unprofessiona
