The lady lawyer I believe her name was Britney if I’m right. I spoke to was really nice, she answered all my questions and she gave me plenty of time to talk, she did not talk over me, and she helped me to understand all the information. I am very satisfied with her. I’m glad she took the time to listen and let me talk and didn’t talk over me like the first time I had called with questions about wills and trust and so forth, the first lady when she called me back about the info did not give me a chance to talk. She kept talking over me and I was very confused and had no idea what she was talking about because she talked so fast and heart beat gave me a chance to get a word in edgewise. I had to find most of the information out from Google, so I think Brittany for being able to listen to my thoughts and questions and giving me a chance to explain my concerns and answer my questions. She is a godsend.

I was working with this law firm as a Legal Shield member. I was in the process of finalizing my will and had a few basic questions regarding the draft they created. The will quiz on Legal shields website is not very thorough, and makes the process more laborious than necessary. I was told by Fiffix that I could not get my questions answered for 4 weeks as that was the earliest appt they had available. Legal Shields website states that you will get your questions answered within a business day. Fiffix did not care at all and said there was nothing they could do, and Legal shied did nothing to enforce their policy. I would never recommend either of these companies....especially for legal matters. Spend your money on a company that has integrity.
