I am writing this review to warn others about my experience with this law firm and attorney Kodwo Ewusi.

I hired this attorney to handle my immigration case and to file my asylum application. Unfortunately, nothing was filed with the Immigration Court for more than two years. The judge issued an order on July 2, 2023 giving me 180 days to file for any relief, but I was never informed about this order. The attorney also never told the Court that my family had an asylum case, and he did not disclose that I was a rider on my husband’s asylum application. He also did not file my independent asylum application as I requested many times.

The only thing ever filed with the Court by this attorney was a change of address. Because of this failure to act, I now have no pending relief and I am far past the Court’s deadline. This has created serious stress and harm for me and my family.

I have filed a formal complaint with the Office of Disciplinary Counsel, and I hope no one else goes through what happened to me
