MR.FETTNER, A VERY SMART LAWYER.

I was referred by the attorney service network to this "lawyer." It was the worst recommendation that I've ever gotten. I arrived, and when Jefferey came out of his office, he introduced himself and told me to follow him... when he turned around, I saw that his shirt was sticking out from under his sweater... not a big deal, but...
I go onto his office, and he doesn't say have a seat. He pointed to a seat and told me to sit there. I started telling him a short story and basically said kudos to him on becoming a lawyer... he looked at me as if I offered him poop to eat... not even a social thank you... it got worse from there... I tried to talk to him, and he rudely interrupted me saying let me read first... most competent lawyers/professionals can do both... especially as what he was reading was 95% the same and not a hard read... then when he asked me to tell him what occurred, I asked him if he wanted the long or short version. No surprise, he asked for the short version. When I was giving him some (short but necessary) background, he cut me off and then asked about an unrelated injury... when I then began again, he was abrupt and obviously didn't care. Shaking his head as if I was wasting his time. He was so rude and condescending, and I was extremely disappointed. I told him that he was rude and that it wasn't going to work. Then he said that "we" weren't a "good fit"
Do yourself a favor and find a different lawyer!

They have helped me more than once. And they were able to get me a settlement that was far above what is usual.
