I don't normally leave reviews, but I believe that this must be brought to the public's attention. I am dealing with a very complicated case and I was referred this law firm from a firm in Texas. They got my information and evidence February 26, 2026 and initially had a scheduled appointment with me March 10th. March 10th I prepared for the meeting and never got a call. I had to reach out to the intake specialist, Ms. Kristen who was very sweet, and she helped me get a new scheduled appointment. My appointment got rescheduled three more times with it finally happening on April 10, 2026. I spoke to Attorney Montalvo who was very rude, rushing through the phone call, talked to me in a disrespectful manner, and it sounded like he had something in his mouth the entire time. I don't know if he was eating or what. He basically ended up telling me that my situation is a state issue and not a federal issue. That could've been resolved via email. The whole time he made it clear he had no interest in speaking to me. He didn't even thoroughly read my documentation because he noted that I used A.I., which I did mainly for the headers, but not for the full blown information because I have evidence that coincides with the documentation in chronological order and he had all of my evidence for over a month. I have a Statute of Limitations that I have to adhere for my case and all Montalvo did is waste my time. I don't appreciate the sly remarks that he made, let alone the dismissal comment about my current abusive state. For an attorney of such a high powered firm, I'd at least expect common curtesy and professionalism.
