Beware if you get hired here; They don’t actually train you at all to do anything and then fire you by email(the day after Thanksgiving) and they don’t have the decency to have a conversation with you about why. There’s an employee that still works there that has taken info out of files and told the opposite party the information.

It is a horrible feeling when you realize you can’t trust your own lawyer.
Hired Alanna 5/22 to handle our father’s small uncontested estate. about $70K total. Today is 9/25/24 the bill is over $10K and the estate is not resolved. In contrast our mother passed away 9/23 and we are using a different lawyer (divorced) Our mother's case has just closed with a cost of $6K on a $110,000 uncontested estate. Both cases are almost identical other than the value.
Not everyone you hire is going to work in your best interest. Do your due diligence.
Edit 11/19/24 we are finally closing dad’s estate. Went to the Clark County clerk of courts to put pressure on from their end, thankfully they helped ( good people ). 30 months and $10,824.06 Later it’s done. $1000. To file his taxes. (Fun Fact if your loved one’s sole income is social security you don’t need to file taxes) we didn’t know that so when Alanna told us we needed to file we did. We were cash cows not people in a bad place seeking honest guidance. It’s an evil world.

I would not visit them concerning Intoxalock… probably getting kick backs for referrals. I was overcharged and looking for small claims/arbitration satisfaction and told they could not help… look up Wisconsin class action suits against Intoxalock and file thru your county courthouse.
