Michael Farnsworth is a joke! I would not recommend him for any type of legal work. He delays, he is not punctual, nor does he have any legal strategy in courtroom. Judge was actually commented, is your council not explaining anything to you. also does not have the clients concerns in mind just a quick resolution and has no problem “helping out “ the opposing counsel to close the case at hand. DO NOT HIRE THIS JOKER!!!!!!

Dear Mr Farnsworth

I am Gavin Powells step grandmother for 10 years before you and Judge Ellen Smith took him away from the only mother he really knew. You did this off of baseless accusations. Did you investigate the allegations...no...all our neighbors were upset when they found out that my daughter lost custody to the bio mom that he hasn't seen in over 6 years and they knew she did not abuse him or that 13 yr old girl (which by the way...why did her family allow her to live her if my daughter treated her so bad?), can you answer that? Nor did he see his maternal grandmother cause she walked out of his life 6 yrs ago and didn't look back.

You are responsible to look out for the best interest of the child. Well how do you feel about Gavin ending up in a residential treatment facility after what a few months living with his bio mom. If you had done your job then you would have found out from his therapist and physcologist that he would regress if he was made to see his bio mom and going to a residential treatment. So I hope the court appointed GAL and judge can live with yourself cause I will tell you he doesn't trust people and my daughter was the one he did and she was his stability. So if anything happens to him...it is on you guys. This is a child that has RADS...yes due to no coddling from his parents and grandparent!

So keep in mind going forward do your job and blood does not make you a parent...love and being there and helping them does!
