When I filed for bankruptcy they made it a very smooth and seamless process. After filing I had critical questions. They tout their "VIP Client e mail as a 24 business hour response". After four days I had no response. When calling, I was not able to speak with anyone and was given yet another e mail address to which I received no response. At first they were very empathetic during the process and took the time to answer my concerns but as time went on, there was nothing. Overall I would say that I was satisfied, but the lack of communication has been very disappointing.
