I was referred to Mr. Floyd by another attorney. The lady who answered the phone was very rude and made me cry. I never did get to speak with Mr. Floyd. She wanted to know why the attorney referred me and would not take the case himself. Never again will I ever try to speak with him again he needs to know what a rude person he has answering his phones.
