Do not call this law firm. They will promise you everything and beyond and do nothing for you. They will charge you a fees and more and more fees and won’t even contact the opposing counsel and just say oh we tried, and they didn’t answer, And still charge you for it. I gave them $5000 and that didn’t even get me to mediation before they wanted another $2500. They never filed my paperwork, and Tom and Samantha are the worst for communication and council. I’m literally still waiting on my money so I can get another lawyer. I have the easiest case with no properties or large assets and they still knew to just take my money. Do not call, They will even promise you at the sale of it that they won’t even reach the 5000 total for how easy the case is. They are all lies from the Beginning. And they will charge you $1000 for your first initial meeting and not tell you that until you look at your bill. Scam scam scam not for people just to take your money and give you the worst service. If I could sue them, I would.
