Family Law Practice of David A Montgomery helped in the closing of my moms estate. As a probate lawyer David processed everything that was needed from working with the realtor and closing the sale of my moms house, dealing with the creditors to quickly pay the outstanding bills, and helping with the sell of my moms car. Everything was completed and the probate court was closed perfectly. It was a hard and difficult time for the family but David saw what was needed to be done answered questions over the phone and emails. I live in Florida, I was one of 3 executors of my moms estate which David helped with the forms that needed to be signed and notarized he was very prompt with handling all my concerns.
