Well, here I am again writting the same review as I did before. I took it down with promises that things would get better, and it did for about 2 weeks but went right back to the same thing. Lack of communication, when you ask your attorney to look into things he just gives you this BS answer so he doesn't have to research your concern. I ended up taking my concern to the trustee myself to have the matter resolve but, isn't that what I paid Fairfax law to do? I know a lot about bankruptcy , but I am not an attorney and I cannot do what my attorney should be doing for me. So many things went wrong with this bankruptcy I am completly exhausted trying to find out what and if they did anything at all. And "NO" I am not taking this one down. The behaviour has not changed

This has been great experience and it took some time but things are heading in the right direction for my future

I tried filing bankruptuy with 70,000 in debt. I needed help. They told me I am only qualified for chapter 13. And then the lawyer called me and said my repayment plan is $1400 a month on top of paying mortage of $1070 and second mortage of $300. So after paying all that I have no money left for utilities, gas, food.... what is the point of filing for bankruptcy then. I asked the lawyer if she had any advice or other options. She said this was my only option. It is the lowest payment she could do for me knowing my struggles. She had no advice as well. I am extremely disappointed. Spent so much time uploading all my information and she didnt even look at my uploads. So what is the point of uploading all that before talking to lawyer if they dont even look at it. I need help, im trying to get help and she didnt care to help me. Thank you so much Angela (lawyer).
