				I used this firm to assist in the acquisition and bill of sale of a small business. They were awesome. Our close cycled was with in 45 days and Richard was always available for questions and new drafts. (We worked weekends when needed, but not sure this is always available). Richard is intense and very keen on the details. I wont need another firm in the future!

				Great experience! We worked with Mr. Williamson and his associate, Jason. They both provided great solutions/options, very professional service, and terrific research. Phone calls to Mr. Williamson were answered immediately, or returned quickly, and he always had our case at top of mind. He offered solutions to questions we didn't even know we needed to think about!
