UPDATE 5 March 2025: Jason Estavillo's license has been suspended- for a second time.
OMG I found out Jason Estavillo's law license was suspended. A few years back a friend needed assistance with a loan modification so I told her I could help her out but she went to Estavillo and he just piled on the BS. Fortunately she came to her senses -- they wanted to charge her tens of thousands when you really don't need a lawyer for this. Look up any lawyers license status on the California Bar website before hiring!

It’s not about the money with this firm, they really care about helping you with your property matters and go above and beyond to understand your situation; starting with an initial consultation.
