I just bought a condo and wanted to establish a Will and a Trust, but I didn’t know how to go about it. So I decided to use ChatGPT and wrote down my conditions. Then ChatGPT asked me a few questions to customize the Will and Trust that I need. ChatGPT gave me a list of six attorneys and I read each individual reviews. It also suggested me to interview at least three Estate-Planning attorneys before deciding because of marketing materials. As I kept building my conditions, ChatGPT kept gathering my information and stated: “Michael Madison appears to be an attorney whose practice is dedicated to this type of work.” So I finally made an appointment and met Michael. He was very cordial and a down-to-earth person. To an ignorant person about Will and Trust, he was VERY patient with me. He explained to me point-by-point and to ask him as many questions until I understand. Not once was he derogatory nor condescending. It is not only his professionalism, but his personality that puts you at ease, which I was able to understand and absorb. Michael assured me that should I decide to revise my Will and Trust in the future, he will be there for me. Furthermore, he made sure that I understand that my Will and Trust will be active regardless whatever happens to him. He gives you that reassurance that my Will and Trust won’t go away until I die and not until my beneficiary claims what is in my Will and Trust. I have full trust in him and I’m sure you will too if you have him as your Estate Planning Attorney. When you see him, you will know. Artificial Intelligence (AI) has its good and bad. As long as you don’t abuse it, it’s a good resource. However, I once heard about a warning that an AI may exaggerate a bit so to use another AI to double-check. With ChatGPT on Michael Madison, there is no exaggeration as how it is worded above. And yes, it was a “flat-fee” and his price is reasonable. Please do your research and go see him. Then you will know what I mean! You will not regret.

Michael has truly been a blessing to my family. He helped my elderly mother write her trust several years ago, and even more recently he helped my family settle a legal disagreement between another party who had been harassing us during a very difficult time in our lives.
