I orininally met Javier for other business matters and never expected I’d need his help. When my mother passed without a will, I was overwhelmed and unsure how to proceed. After researching, it seemed a small estate affidavit might work, but I was afraid one mistake could cost us what little she had left.
I spoke with two attorneys. One who wanted to charge $1,800, and Javier. Javier was compassionate, honest, and genuinely had my best interest at heart. He encouraged me to handle the paperwork myself if possible and even offered advice that could help me avoid needing it altogether. In the end, I didn’t need a small estate affidavit at all, the banks were willing to work with me using only the death certificates. Javier leads with integrity, honesty, and true care for the people he serves. I would recommend him to anyone facing a probate situation.
