I was very impressed with the level of assistance and customer care I received from my recent call to Esser Law LLC. I had been receiving constant reminders about a past due balance that was attached to my current account. There's a note that states the amount is in bankruptcy. I had talked the billing department many times to remind them that the bankruptcy was closed years ago and this should no longer be listed in my account. I contacted Esser who had done my bankruptcy. They spoke to the billing department and had them understand that they needed to contact the collection agency and remove this and they are not supposed to bother me about it anymore. I am giving them a few weeks to fix this. It was very relieving to have someone help and they were professional and got on the phone with me and walked me and the billing department through the steps we needed to take to get this resolved. As this was a bankruptcy filed originally through Esser, there was no charge for this. I couldn't be happier. 10 out of 10
