Do not use this firm at all costs. They gave me an initial consultation in which they all buy guaranteed to have my Amazon account reinstated. They also claimed they would have a response to Amazon within 24 hours. They took about 4 days to draft a response that looked like a 4th grader wrote it. Moreover their response did not at all address the issue at hand and there was no chance of reinstatement based on their terrible write up. I didn't care submit their response to Amazon as it would have only hrt my case more since they didn't even address the policy violation. It was almost as if they just copied and pasted a response from another case and just changed a few things around in 10 minutes. They charged me $3k for all this. I complained and wanted a refund since I couldn't use any of what they wrote. The attorney Mario refused and showed me a bogus statement claiming they spent like 15 hours of time on the case. This was laughably false as it was clear they slapped the response together in no more than 30 minutes. Mario told me to file for arbitration if I wanted to dispute the bill. They do this because they know arbitration would cost more than the bill itself. Typical slick attorney that gets away with everything. This firm is an absolute joke. Mario and his firm made $3k for providing no service at all. I ended up having to pay another firm to do the job that these guys were too incompetent to do. I'm writing this to warn others. There are many firms that provide a good service for this kind of thing. Choose wisely.

I regret using this company. They were quick to take payment, but after that, everything slowed down. I was given documents to sign without proper explanation, and I did not feel fully informed. Communication was inconsistent, and I often felt left in the dark. The final result did not meet expectations, and they refused to take responsibility or offer a refund.
