A colleague of mine retained this firm James King for legal services- employment law; however, his experience has been deeply concerning. He was not provided with a formal contract outlining the scope of legal representation only a pricing sheet; which raises significant questions about this firm’s practices.

Despite incurring substantial fees, there appears to be little to no meaningful progress or substantive work performed on his behalf. In fact, he has largely been managing the matter himself while continuing to be billed.
This situation has resulted in financial loss, as well as unnecessary stress and sleepless nights.
Based on these circumstances, I would strongly recommend that individuals seeking employment law assistance carefully evaluate their options and consider alternative legal representation than this firm. I truly feel sorry for my friend, and am currently finding him support that this law firm has neglected to do.
