It matters who you choose to represent you! Ernie was the right choice. After almost a year with a different attorney we realized he was doing NOTHING in our best interest. Often felt like we were a bother to him. Not Ernest Jenks! He is a bulldog. He immediately started to make things happen. He has experience and knows exactly what to do. After a year of nothing it was great to have someone working for us. WC is so complicated. Don't try to do it yourself. You need Ernie.
