I was referred to Tom Brock and EZKM for representation in a complex slip and fall suit. Early on I was advised on the potential outcomes for my case, what each outcome would entail, and what to expect form the process. Something that really stood out was the care and attention Tom & team (Sandee & Madeline!) took when explaining the details of the suit, asking for my input, and ensuring I was in full understanding when making decisions with them. It is impressive to have such excellent communication and feel as though you are the only client a team has (when that is definitely not the case!). I felt my questions and needs were addressed in a very timely manner and appreciated the compassion displayed by EZKM as a whole. Tom Brock of Erickson Zierke Kuderer represented my mother in a personal injury claim against a company when she fell on their property due to pot holes and insufficient lighting. She was seriously injured when she fractured her pelvic along with knee and shoulder injury after the fall. The fall resulted in hospital and nursing home stays along with several physical therapy visits. She continues to have injections in her back and neck to control the pain. Tom Brock did an impeccable job. He always kept the communication flowing with their insurance companies and us. The ease of communication with Tom made this process easier. He answered all of our questions and concerns. The whole process from start to finish was accomplished with professional representation knowing he had my mother’s best interest in mind. We would highly recommend Tom Brock.
