Horrible Attitude WAY to old to be practicing doesn’t even know how to actually be a decent person along with the scum he represents

I can’t recommend this lawyer. He may have been a good attorney back in day for a town whose Main St is a couple blocks long but I trusted him to represent me at trial for a property line dispute where there was a 2 foot descrepancy in the property line and he used the Defendants survey to explain the placement of a fence. Luckily my property line coordinates have been on record in the Hennepin County courthouse since 1950 and in my title abstract to my home since 1918. But, because of Bill Erhart I lost a valuable chunk of my property with no compensation. The trade was I give the neighbor a 6 foot triangle in back for their sidewalk while I get an 8 inch triangle of dirt in front instead of the 6 foot triangle of driveway that has always been verbally agreed upon since I moved into my house in 1997. I paid this lawyer because I’m an honest person. Now he won’t return my calls to even answer a question. The facts and findings of our case are actually BACKWARDS, he did not defend me as Plaintiff, cross examine the defendant or use an opening statement to explain the issue. There was no verbal closing argument. Our trial was interrupted in the middle of my testimony for lunch and another hearing over the phone for someone totally unrelated. The afternoon was spent listening to the most preposterous lies about me that I have ever heard. My “ attorney” Mr Erhart, did not cross examine the Defendant even though there was a cardboard box under his feet full of proof that the Defendant was not telling the truth. What was the cardboard box full of paperwork for when all the exhibits were already efiled. Did my lawyer switch to paper the morning of the trial after efile had been used for the last year and a half and not even consult me? Some “justice system”. What a disappointment, I actually used to believe that our court system was a justice system-
