I used to be a regular listener of her radio talk show every morning on my way to work. Not anymore!! It was a horrible experience with her office when I needed help to fight the title company.

First, I called the radio show to seek advice on such matter and was told to stop by her office for further legal advice. With all the paperwork I prepared to show her, it was black and white that the title company made a mistake and overcharged us more than $1,500. She looked at my file and said they were right! I was really surprised how a lawyer analyzed the files. However, the way she explained it to me indicated that she did not want to take this case. She said she can write a letter to the title company and it would take about an hour for $300-$350/hr. In fact, I am fine with the fee. But her analysis told me to stay away from such dishonest lawyer. Many other lawyers I worked with told me the truth about the case and the reason they did not take it. That is totally fine and understandable for this amount of money.

I eventually fought the case myself by escalating it to title corporate office. About a month later, they admitted their fault and refunded my hard-earned money.

I never listened to her radio show on AM 1290 station from 8:30AM-9:00AM again. Information you listen to may not be credible.
