Kept sending their intake forms to the wrong email despite having reached out to me on my mobile number and me reconfirming the email address . I reached out to them for traffic citations. I was requesting a dismissal as well as reduction and they simply don't do anything but negotiate and it does not cost $1500 to do that you can go to half-price lawyers.com and get your ticket settled for $50. I'm not proud, but I have a clean driving record because of them don't waste your time with this law group when it comes to traffic tickets

HORRIBLE ! I WAS WARNED NOT TO USE THEM,BUT I DIDN'T LISTEN !!
DON'T USE THEM !!!
THEY TOOK MY $100 JUST TO TELL ME A FEW DAYS LATER I HAD TO PAY THE COURT A $400 TICKET FOR A HALF WAY STOP AT A STOP SIGN. I TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR MY ACTIONS,BUT $500 TOTAL OUT OF POCKET IN 3 WEEKS !
SHE EMAILED AND SAID IT WAS THE SEVERITY OF THE CRIME. I SAID,CRIME ! THE WONT ANSWER THE PHONE,THEY ONLY TEXT !
HOW DO YOU GO TO COURT AND HAVE A TICKET READY IN A FEW DAYS OF $400 AND I WASN'T EVEN SPEEDING !!
SCAMMERS !!!!!!
TO TOP IT OFF THE $400 HAS TO BE PAID IN 2 WEEKS !!!

Contacted this firm regarding expired registration & minor speeding ticket I got at the same time. Despite sharing with the person taking in my information that I had questions for the attorney as a newer resident of Nevada how the process worked, I was told until I updated my registration they won't speak to me. I had contacted Empire Law hoping to avoid using a service like Nevada Traffic Ticket Pro... they appear to be two different brands under the same umbrella.

Horrible service they gave me an additional $100 dollars on my ticket instead of giving me the option to take the defensive driving course as I asked I will never use them again
