				Robert Elmen may be a nice guy, but he is a horrible attorney. He is unprepared and waits until the last minute to do anything. I kept asking hey, can we talk about everything prior to the hearing multiple times and he never got back to me than the day of the hearing 5 min before tells me this is the plea bargain and I need to decide this second. Just take it. No time to think about it so I ended up pleading guilty to something I was innocent of because he says I needed to decide this second. He's never prepared. He didn't know when hearings were. And he never drafted the correct order coming out of the hearing.. It was wrong but he never corrected it. His last minute responses to the court we never reviewed (which i asked him to do w me) and the response was horrible. The judge agreed. He may be a nice guy and means well but he spends 2 seconds on your case and is not professional nor prepared and frankly a bad defense lawyer in my opinion.. If you want a good defense lawyer that is organized,prepared,and spends time with his client and cares about more than I quick plea bargain, I would look elsewhere.

				Robert elmen is one of a kind. When you look into his eyes and speak to him you see a true warm inviting kind caring person who does not wait around to get to work. Robert jumps right into it! He saw what I was being put up against and Mr elmen communicated thoroughly between me and The local PD shutting down what charges could have been brought forth after nothing was founded & making it known I have back up ready to fight in the name of defense! If ever in the future I am in need of legal assistance I wouldn't think twice than to call Robert elmen of elmen legal PLLC. Absolutely the first one that comes to mind knowing Ill have someone true caring and willing to fight for me and my family.
