Bruce Elliott is HIGHLY UNETHICALLY. He wanted my son to take a plea without ANY charges taken off. My son had 3 felonies and misdemeanors for taking a car that he believed was his family's vehicle to his mental illness. No one was injured. The victims said there was no weapon, but he was charged as if there was a weapon. I asked ELLIOTT why didn't they reduce some of the charges? He said because my son is guilty of all of them.

1. Even if he was guilty of all doesn't mean the plea MUST KEEP ALL. 2. My son was legally innocent of all due to his mental condition. When I asked Elliott to please negotiate the facts that my son had NEVER been convicted of any crime and that my son graduated with honors and one year of college completed in High School. He went on to college. That Idiot lawyer shouted at me. "DON'T TELL ME MY JOB!!!"

He's a wicked court appointed defense attorney. Prosecutors helped my son where Elliott refused.

HE WAS REPRIMANDED BY THE HIGHER COURT FOR UNETHICAL PRACTICE PRINTED IN MID FEBRUARY 2020 CHRONICLE TRIBUNE PAPER. IF YOU GET THIS BEAST REQUEST A DIFFERENT ATTORNEY HE COULDN'T CARELESS ABOUT HIS CLIENTS. He worked hard against my son to be destroyed. Went to the jail after realizing that my son was so sick and FORCED by coercion my son to remove me off of the case so I couldn't help my son.
