Total Lack of Accountability and Radio Silence (Don't Believe the Reviews!)"Do not believe the 5-star ratings for this firm—they are complete lies . If you want a law firm that actually treats you like a human being and answers your calls, do not hire this place. They are completely unresponsive and leave their clients stranded during major medical crises.I spent days trying to get simple updates regarding my accident file and medical records requests, but my texts and phone calls were met with absolute radio silence. They are quick to take your case, but the second you need active help or communication to get your treatments scheduled, they completely vanish. This is a high-volume mill that does not care about your physical pain or your time. Save yourself the stress and find a powerhouse firm that actually values communication."

Severe Communication Issues & Completely Ignored"I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and poor communication at this firm. When you are dealing with severe physical injuries from an accident, you need an attorney who answers your questions and guides you through the process. Instead, I was left completely in the dark.I sent multiple direct text messages and follow-up requests regarding critical medical authorizations and records needed for my treatment, and I was met with complete silence for days on end. Trying to get a simple update or a call back from this team is nearly impossible. They do not treat your physical pain or your time with urgency. If you want a law firm that actually communicates, returns your calls, and keeps you informed about your case, look elsewhere. I would not recommend them to anyone."
