Ellerman Strand (formerly Guthrie & Ellerman)

She wrongly accused my family of a felony for taking money we never received from a trust. She did not go through her due diligence prior to making this accusation in writing. She is in bed with Kathleen A. Schulte, a trustee she recommends. This relationship with the trustee is a conflict of interest and she will always take the trustee's side against her clients, even when the trustee is in the wrong. Kathleen Shulte is one of the worst professionals out there do not take this recommendation from Ellerman. Shulte can not make deadlines and expects the clients to do her job.

Jana did an excellent job on my revised living trust. I had to make a few changes and was very pleased with her input. She took a load off my shoulders with her knowledge. Jana gets at least a 5+. Her help also are very professional.

This is my opinion The worst attorney I have ever had to deal with She has no problem having elderly people with diagnosed memory deficiencies change wills and trust with total disregard of the family members effected by her lack of conscience I have no idea how the women can sleep at night.

Thay made some changes in my trust to my Surprise not only did they do a good job but they were extremely Reasonable.
