I went to Eduardo (Feb 5) to do a temporary guardianship for my child if anything were to happen to me during my surgery (Feb 25th) so my child can go to my spouse and not her dad due to him not having any relationship nor custody of her. At first Eduardo seemed nice and was even working with me with a lean payment plan which I thought was awesome given the circumstances that I was in which I feel like that’s why he wasn’t really given an interest with my case but as I told him at the end of the day I am paying a substantial amount of money.
Eduardo stated that he was going to file the following week which was Feb 10-14th and stated that I was going to get a court date 7 days after he files. I called him the following week to get an update… nothing, I called.. no answer, I texted him IGNORED again 0 communication. The following week Monday Feb 17th was president day. come the next day Tuesday no call I had to call Wednesday to see where we are at and if anything has been done he finally answered and sound annoyed with me but I was in desperate need to know where I was at and if I was going to have time to get this finalized before my surgery. He stated that he filed Wednesday February 12th, why was I not communicated about that, I also constantly asked can I get the e-file number which he never provided and any information that was filed to the court he never send nor gave me ANYTHING. I was desperate and stressed I decided to called the court and they said he had to give me an E-file number if he filed electronically and basically court date was going to be given 10 days out…. We are already Thursday February 20th and I haven’t gotten any information from Eduardo about my case that he supposedly filed. In conclusion I found another reliable source that can help me and simplify the process for me so I can have something done before surgery.
It’s a bummer that Mr Eduardo was this unprofessional given that I referred 2 other people that needed legal help, once I messaged him saying I no longer need his services he responded to that saying “no problem I’ll cancel the process” but not to the other messages asking about my case, again shady.
If you don’t want to deal with any stress and be able to know information about your case without feeling like you’re buggin go elsewhere and get your moneys worth.

Edward is an extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He helped me with two divorces (LOL), a living trust and other financial paperwork. His diligence to details and ability to communicate with the client was instrumental in accomplishing my individual goals. I am lucky to have found this place.
