Elder Care Law of Tennessee

I was referred to Elder Law when my mother had become ill and need around the clock care. Julia took the time to create a plan, go through what needed to be done to protect assets. I then worked with Rusty ( no longer there but so helpful and understanding) who worked on getting Mom approved for Medicaid. He made the process pretty easy. Most recently, my father fell ill. He was in and out of the hospital and then sent to a skilled nursing facility (SNF). I felt I was not being heard with the care my father was receiving. I reached out to Cindy and she got the SNF to schedule a care plan the very next day. She sat in on the meeting to make sure my questions were answered and discuss the financial aspect. I can't thank the team enough for helping during stressful times or if I just have a question. ECLT is well worth the investment for you or a loved one's care and estate planning.

Over the last 12 years we have utilized the services of Elder Care Law of Tennessee. Recently we asked Bailey Schiermeyer to update our Will and Trust with a few changes.
