I had a very disappointing experience with the receptionist. Upon arrival, we were told to go somewhere else because they would not take our case. When we asked to speak with the lawyer, she seemed offended, even though we had called ahead and confirmed that he was expecting us.

This was especially frustrating because the lawyer came highly recommended by a friend. Being turned away in this manner forced us to find another attorney last minute, which put us in a very difficult position.

The level of customer service we received from the receptionist was unprofessional and needs significant improvement. In contrast, when we went to another law firm, we were treated with kindness and respect—even without an appointment. The difference in professionalism and courtesy was clear.
