In my opinion: Kelly Flessner was named the Guardian at litem in my case. I was absolutely appalled at her lack of regard for the facts presented to her but rather focused on issues (medical) outside of her expertise. She refused to submit an update to the official report issued to the court after she realized her research was not as thorough as it should have been. As a result, my daughter's needs were not adequately represented and will be attending a lesser school with lesser opportunities than the other option that Kelly overlooked.
