If -5 stars was rating, that is what I’d be selecting. I could’ve done a better job representing myself. Kyle is only concerned with convincing you that you’re guilty and that you should just take the plea. I presented him with 150 different reasons why this case should be dismissed and provided him 250 applicable case laws to back my findings. He proceeded to brush my case off and prolong it for over a year,, obtaining continuance after continuance because he couldn’t schedule a simple motion hearing. He absolutely bombed the motion hearing he might as well not have even showed up! He didn’t present anything as to my case, no cross examine questions when two witnesses stated one thing and then the opposite - nothing! He seems like he may be training to be a prosecutor not a lawyer. Now I’m stuck with his ineffectiveness of council, an additional $5000 for a new lawyer which is next to impossible because he made such a mess of everything! INCOMPETENT is an understatement.
