Very disappointing experience with Earl Jiang. The agreement he prepared was completely different from what I asked for, and he refused to make the changes we requested. The draft also appeared to be based on another client’s agreement and contained information and provisions that had nothing to do with us. There were also many basic mistakes, including incorrect names and address information. For something as important as a prenup, I expected much more attention to detail and actual legal guidance. I would not recommend him based on my experience.
