I reside in Florida, my slip and fall accident occurred in Ohio. To keep it short, I used a highly respected law firm in Florida, who contracted Ray Critchett as their Ohio based lawyer. Ultimately the Florida firm broke the contract stating the case would go to trial and even a win would not be enough to cover the costs.
