We had a great experience with Dynasty Law. Austin was responsive, knowledgeable, and got everything done quickly. He did an excellent job preparing our living wills and powers of attorney for both us and our parents. He explained the legal details clearly, answered all our questions, and made sure we fully understood what we were signing. He made the entire process easy and stress-free. Austin is not only a great lawyer, but also a genuinely great person and someone we’re happy to call a friend. We highly recommend Dynasty Law to anyone needing family law or estate-planning services.

Engaged Austin in 2023 as my wife & I had recently relocated from California and needed our Living Will & Trust (and related items) updated to reflect some minor amendments as well as our new representation, AZ locale & local estate laws. After meeting Austin in a shared lease space (which should have been our first clue) we completed our initial engagement, contracts, etc.

The final document delivery from him was unfortunately a half baked product at best that only updated sections of our document but completely missed updating our POA's, HC Advanced Directives, Final Disposition, Property Agreements, etc. He even left our old CA address and name of our original CA Attorney in several legal documents including HD Advanced Directives, POA's, etc. And, when contacting Austin to get things corrected, he asked we send him a copy as he hadn't kept a copy of the original nor the amended version he provided us. He didn't even make a digital copy. REALLY!!! Then when meeting with him shortly thereafter to discuss these omissions and the plan moving forward he shared some of these items were included in the original fee structure & agreement, but not in his new company's contracts (which he had just joined since we had originally engaged him). Given our growing dissatisfaction at that point he agreed to do it free of charge (ironically for the same $$'s as he had agreed to do originally). We were so disgusted, we only had him update a few items at that point and now still have a half baked estate plan we need to get reviewed and completely updated....again!

I cannot recommend Austin to anyone looking for estate planning services. Stay Away!
