I believe its very important that people wake up and realize how serious the issue really is. Week after week day after day people go drinking in bars, and clubs etc, and get in their car and drive home intoxicated. Same on Sunday at NFL games, the NFL sells beer, then the people get intoxicated, and then things happen. There has to be rational solution, and I believe Congress can come up for suggestions on this as well.
