This man represented a friend of mine on a first-time Petty Larceny charge recently. After being paid thousands of dollars he sat there in court and did and said absolutely NOTHING, despite my friend having successfully completed rehab, obtaining gainful employment, secure living, and becoming a productive member of society, all of which is now for nothing as he will have to start all over when he is released from jail. The sentence was 6 months for trying to steal a pair of shoes that he didn't even make it out of the store with. Long story short, if you want to pay a ton of money to go to jail, by all means hire this man. If you want to stay out of the clink, I would seek legal counsel elsewhere. You'd do better with a free public defender.

Desmond said nothing on my behalf during a custody battle. While my ex wifes lawyer had the floor, he didnt say one word. I settled case out myself. Hes more worried about how your going to pay him then him representing you. I had the upper hand to and almost lost because of him.
