I've used this company twice. Once right before covid and the other just a couple of months ago. In 2020, I would have given 5 stars. They were responsive and on their game.

Current day, the receptionist/paralegal is not in the office and doesn't return calls or emails unless you hound them. I called a few months ago to have some papers updated. It took me days to get a response (after I sent an email) and then it was sporadic. I finally got to meet up with Dan and he did the paperwork and said to wait up to 3 weeks for the courts to process. I waited 5 weeks and nothing. I called/emailed and the receptionist finally returned my call to say she never saw my paperwork. Come to find out, it was still on Dan's desk somewhere. The "receptionist/paralegal?" had to go to the office to find the paperwork and then take it to the courthouse for filing. She told me she had taken it by but the courts tell me they didn't have it until a couple of days later. This didn't instill confidence in me to use them any longer.

I see a lot of reviews that state no return calls. I would believe them as if I didn't call Diana's cell or email, I never got a return call either.
