This was one of the most careless and unprofessional experiences I've ever had with any business, let alone a law firm.

I hired them to prepare a simple form, and they couldn't even get my name right. The first draft had it wrong, I corrected them, and they STILL continued to misspell it multiple times, in different ways, throughout the document. Even when I showed up in person to sign, they had to reprint paperwork on the spot because, once again, my name was incorrect. There is absolutely no excuse for that level of incompetence on a legal documents.

Communication was just as bad. I constantly had to chase them down to get anything done. At one point, people were calling me just to tell me someone else would call me-completely pointless and a waste of time.
Then they had the nerve to overcharge me for it. They billed me for every single interaction-multiple staff members, text messages, and even "research time." Yet when I went to the courthouse to file the paperwork, I was told I couldn't because it included a paragraph that has been outdated since 2011. So they charged me for "research" they clearly didn't do.

The final product looked sloppy and thrown together, like a copy-and-paste template with my information carelessly filled in.
Do not use this law firm. They are disorganized, inattentive, and will waste your time and money.

I was able to work with Clay and he did an outstanding job. He was very knowledgeable of the law and really was dedicated to helping me understand my options.

Initially I called with concerns and rather than pushing for me to sign with him as my lawyer gave me solid advice about my marriage and told me to call if things did get worse. And worse they got. From then on my lawyer and his team Jessica Samantha and Clay have done their absolute best to ensure the best possible legal outcome. They were EXTREMELY flexible with my payments and Clay talked me from a ledge or two. This team shows empathy, but most importantly confidence and the skill set to match. I cannot recommend this firm enough for whatever your troubles are. Legal issues are scary and tough, this law firm can guide you through it all.
