Very disappointing. Paid for initial phone consultation and for letter to be sent. Sent emails asking if letter had been sent, got the run around for weeks. Clerk apparently forgot to do it. Months later i get a bill charging me $2-300 per email. The only email they responded to was asking if they had done what they said they were going to do and how long it would take. They eventually stopped responding to my emails all together and I assumed that was a hint that they didn't want to offer me services. Very surprised to see a bill come in the mail. $750 for a clerk to type a letter asking for my fathers will and to respond "usually takes about 2 weeks" to an email, not including the initial consultation cost.
