I recently read some negatives comments on Facebook regarding this firm. Let’s be real- it’s a family law practice. Saying that we all know emotions run high and strong and no one walks away saying that was the greatest experience I’ve ever had. But I will say with this firm you will get honesty, fairness and women who understand. At the end of the day a client will feel heard and guided through what can be a long, difficult process. I don’t think you could ask for better representation.

The entire team, at Dulinski Law, was there for me during the darkest moments of my adult path. They made the whole process of my divorce, as painless as humanly possible. When I needed a shoulder to cry on, they were there. When I needed logic to step in, even though I was struggling to think logically, they were there. Taylor and Laurie were beyond patient with them, at times when I thought my world was ending. Both of these ladies were beyond helpful, were beyond soothing, and beyond patient. If anyone has to go through a divorce, I would highly recommend Dulinski Law as they will help you navigate the legal aspect of a divorce, as well as the emotional aspects as well. Thank you Laurie and Taylor for everything you have done for me.

I hired Patricia for my divorce because she said all the right things at the outset: that she was child-centered, mindful of legal costs, and focused on protecting both my child and my financial future. That approach was exactly what I was looking for. Unfortunately, once my case was underway, my experience did not align with those promises.

Communication was a persistent issue. Emails often went unanswered for days, including time-sensitive requests for updates and legal guidance. Her paralegal was similarly unresponsive. When I did manage to schedule a call, it took days just to get on the phone.

More concerning was that work she said would be done—specifically, sending a formal letter to opposing counsel—was never completed. Instead, she later explained that she had been having phone conversations with opposing counsel during the same period when my emails were going unanswered. Those verbal communications were never documented. This lack of a written record has since been exploited by opposing counsel, even after I retained new representation, because there is no clear paper trail of what was discussed or agreed to.

As the case became increasingly high-conflict, I also felt her legal advice did not adequately account for the broader strategy or the other party’s escalating and aggressive positioning. Rather than pushing back on an unorthodox and pressure-driven process, her approach felt reactive and overly accommodating, leaving us responding to the other side instead of setting appropriate boundaries.

When I began searching for new legal representation, I asked for recommendations in local Facebook community groups. Three separate individuals reached out to me directly to share that they had experienced similar issues with lack of communication while working with Patricia. Hearing this independently from multiple people confirmed for me that what I experienced was not an isolated incident, but part of a broader pattern.

Ultimately, I made the difficult decision to terminate our attorney-client relationship. In hindsight, I believe Patricia may be a reasonable fit for cases that are truly straightforward and amicable, where both parties are cooperative and conflict remains low. However, in situations involving escalating conflict, power imbalances, or the need for clear documentation and strategic foresight, this was not the right fit for me.

I would and have recommended Dulinski Law to anyone in need of a divorce attorney. Laurie and Taylor replied to emails in a timely manner as well as setup calls when needed to review circumstances on a more personal level. All my questions were answered, concerns addressed .
