I’m very disappointed with my experience with Dugan & Associates. I contacted the office while dealing with a serious injury and was already under a significant amount of stress. Instead of feeling supported and comfortable asking questions, I often felt uncomfortable communicating with the office. The communication with the paralegal who answers the phone was particularly frustrating. I felt that her tone was condescending and dismissive, especially when I was simply trying to ask questions and understand what was happening with my case. On three separate occasions, the phone call was ended while I was still trying to get answers. When you’re injured and dealing with workers’ compensation and an injury claim, communication is extremely important. I don’t expect special treatment, but I do expect to be able to ask reasonable questions without feeling like I’m being talked down to or rushed off the phone. The way these interactions made me feel ultimately caused me to become uncomfortable moving forward with the firm. I believe clients who are already going through a difficult and stressful situation deserve patience, professionalism, and clear communication. Based on my experience, I decided that I no longer wanted Dugan & Associates to represent me. I had looked at the reviews before I wasted my time and should have listen to what the one star people said she literally did the same thing to me whatever u do don’t waste your time with them like I did

I was deterred from my first phone call regarding a didabilty appeal. The receptionist I spoke with made me feel very uneasy with her negative comments that I called another attorney where I was treated professionally and felt reassured.

I am glad I chose Dugan & Associates! My case was handled fast & efficiently with the result being far better than expected. I'm truly thankful to Mitch and his wonderful team of exceptional people. Highly recommended!! Five stars!!!
