Im rating a 3 because we are not fully satisfied, or unsatisfied. My husband hired this attorney, Christina Duffy, for a custody dispute in 2024. The case ended May 2026. This firm was ok, at best, in communication. Many questions throughout the length of the case, were not answered. And I feel, now that the case is over, there is even less communication, even though it is vital. It has been 3 months since the final hearing , and both side have now gone the entire summer without the new, final, paperwork for the order. We have called on numerous occasions, being told our final order is still "in Christina's notes." "They don't know how far down on the list we are for the final orders." When she told the judge it would be 10 days after court, and she already had it typed up, it just needed small edits, and he would have the final orders in. I assume he doesn't, because none of us have a final order. We went into Duffy's office, to be told she wasn't there, and they didn't have any thing for us. Today, Aug 10th, three full months after a final hearing, we still don't have any paperwork. We did pay, completely, for these services. Update. We did get a response, finally. The day after this review. But we still have not received the final order, a week after the message. We also faced many hardships, many, over the course of the 2 year case, but every payment we made was on time. Had we been late, for 3 days much less 3 months, we would have lost the attorney. I do not understand the wait time on this final order still. There is zero reason, or excuse for this.

Christina went above and beyond for me during a very stressful time and guided my case to a conclusion I never thought would come. I hope I never need a lawyer again but if I do I know who I'm going to use.

My ex, who represented himself, walked away not having to pay a dime. I walked away having to pay all attorney fees and our joint bills. My ex was court ordered to pay these bills and hasn't paid a dime since. Nothing has been done to make him pay. I could have represented myself and not paid $3500 for an attorney. I wish I would have done things differently. It was all about the money for Ms. Duffy and her team.

Highly recommend! Everyone I encountered at this law firm was helpful, compassionate, and knowledgeable. They always took the time to answer my questions and make me feel supported. They guided me through a difficult situation with professionalism and care. Christina Woods Duffy was honest and straightforward about possible outcomes and never sugarcoated things, which I really appreciated. Communication was excellent. I never felt ignored or left wondering what was happening with my case. Whenever I reached out, someone responded promptly. Also, their billboard ads are awesome!
