Miss Danielle Duffy is the best way out in St Louis for drug regulated issues. I passed my probation and also rates are discussed and agreed upon after initial payment. Flexible with the rest of the fees. Drug court saved my life and remember, once you take probation you better finish it. It's not on her but you better have her funds or you definitely not getting back out 💯 drug court graduate 2017. Still clean and record clean too. She also went to another county for me and handled a speeding ticket and make sure that I didn't have an FTA and it was like an hour and a half away. I had to appear and pay it myself. For these bad reviews they know they wrong for that because she keeps it's simple and you have to do what she says. You admit you messed up and they called me a lot of things but I am an addict and did recover because of her speaking to the judge and allowing me drug court. You don't have to be a snitch but I'll tell you Ms.Duffy saved me 7 years in the pokey but I also had to put the work in. FYI she has excellent references for civil cases as well.

I hired Ms Duffy cost$150 for a speeding ticket going 77 in 60 mph zone...ok can't fight that...oh well. 2nd ticket I got for driving with improper plates (I should have the bicentennial plates), mind you, I paid my taxes on time, renewed my tags at DMV on S. Kingshighway in June 2023. Tags aren't expired until end of July 2023...right... but they did NOT issue me the newly recognized plates for MO.
So Im thinking I will pay $150-$200 for speeding, the other is not my fault because the DMV should have issued me the Bicentennial plates, I don't have any idea they aren't in use anymore (I'm trying to obey the rules) and I've hired a lawyer (Ms Duffy) to fight for me, she says they will probably kick that out because I have proof of my registration.
Week later I get a letter from Ms Duffy stating I owe the city $402.50 speeding fine $270 + 57.50 court cost and operating without a valid license plates $75. Don't hire this chick go to TLC you will get better representation. That's just my 2 cents plus $402.48...lol

I was referred to Ms.Duffy in July 2022 by someone I paid her a few days in later hoping she would help me in a timely manner I needed the case to be resolved by Jan 2023 because I am in the healthcare field and wanted to go to nursing school I was trying to pay a fine or get my charge amended my court cases kept getting cancelled or continued. By Jan 2023 still no solution so I personally called the prosecutor attorney to see what was the hold up she received a recommendation back in Aug.2022 which I knew nothing about next thing I know I’m being forced basically to take unsupervised probation for 2 years she also advised I couldn’t talk to the judge anything. Fast forward to a couple weeks ago I wrote the judge MYSELF and explained my situation with the case and he took me off of Probation & closed the case completely she was not any help what so ever & I really would like my $300 back I did the work myself for my background !
