				Our Mother passed way January 8th. Drobny drafted her trust years ago and they appointed a Fiduciary in February.  We had a meeting with Anastasia Salmon last week and discussed why we have not been repaid for our  Mother's funeral services.   It's been 4 months since they were notified.  She was very angry, defensive, and rude.  It was very unprofessional. She proceeded to tell us everything we had done wrong along with stating we shouldn't have had 2 funeral services.  Which we did not. Our Mother was in California and we had to transport her to Oklahoma where she wanted to be buried. Now they're refusing to repay for part of the services. I would never refer anyone to this firm.

				Worst experience dealing with Drobny handling the trust and being the trustee. Well over a year since our dear friend passed away and they still have not dispersed the entire trust. They dragged their feet and we had to hire another attorney to compel them to act. So many times they wanted us to waive our rights to speed up the process. If we waive all rights to an accounting then they can disperse the funds that are not theirs. I believe the estate money was used for different things or to bank investments and make some $$ until another law firm got involved. DO NOT HIRE or TRUST this law firm!

				Mark S. Dronby hosted a estate planning webinar at my place of employment. The floor was opened for questions. I asked a specific question about drafting a Durable Power of Attorney when setting up your estate plan. He blasted my question during the webinar, he was rude and condescending, he said my question was too specific, he didn't answer my question at all (not even in general), and told me to book time to ask questions. He however, answered everyone else's questions. He was incredibly rude, just based on his attitude with over 50 people on the line, I would never use this Attorney. I recommend Yoest Law Firm. They are by far the best probate law firm in Sacramento. They are kind, smart, resourceful, and they are never disrespectful no matter what questions you have.

				I had a very disappointing experience with this company. The staff was rude, unprofessional, and showed very little empathy when addressing concerns. I also felt that I was unfairly overcharged without proper explanation or transparency.

What stood out the most was the way certain customers seemed to be stereotyped or profiled, which made the environment feel uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Customer service should be respectful and fair to everyone, regardless of appearance or background.

I would not recommend this business based on my experience and hope they improve the way they treat people in the future.

				Working with Mark to establish a family trust was delightfully efficient and easy - thinking it is bureaucratic, was procrastinating doing it for years. He explained the choices very well, was ready to provide the forms to fill out and was able to even obtain and update a property Deed without me having to go to the county records office. His professionalism is exceptional, while his experience makes the process easy and quick.
