I had put up a Google review long time ago to alert people.. just forgot to do so here, but decided to when saw the huge number of obviously sponsored 5-star reviews. My experience is just like the last reviewer.. Suhaas is clueless, lost... yes not very expensive upfront but very expensive in the long run... he even started sending out equity documents to others based on wrongly recorded telephone conversations.. and he did so without even copying us.. acute embarrassment for us. Then when the Delaware side was faltering, he never figured out why they were trying to charge us a huge amount of money, with no sales yet.. and that account lapsed...luckily I had registered it in California, so that remained valid. Only today, a new CEO taking over fixed it all... when he explained the lapse to me this morning, I mentioned the previous corporate attorney was lost.. and he concluded the guy was just a "parelegsa"...nope it was Suhas! Thats why I came to check today how he was doing and jumped out of my chair at the number of misleading reviews here.. be careful... all said to help you, not me!

Their service was horrible!!! They sounded precessional when I went to their office, but they disappeared after getting my money!!!

I agreed to pay $1,069 to file a LLC cause I thought in person service might be better than those cheaper online services. What was the out come? INCOMPLETE FILING!!!

We initially filed the company in January 2017 and by February 6th Suhas informed me that the company was posted. Then we filed EIN. On March 15th I signed and scanned the Statement of Information to Suhas and he promised to file. However, he never ever returned my phone call or updated me regarding the company status ever again!!! I was too naive to think if he didn't return my phone call might be because the filing was completed and there was nothing to worry about. BUT today I received a Delinquency Notice saying I've never completed my filimg!!! It has been more than half a year there is no excuse for Suhas or Drason Law not completing the filing specially they are a precessional law firm!!!

I regret I didn't do enough homework on the processes of filing for a LLC. I regret more of giving this law firm my trust and money!

Update: Just finished the filing online and of course I had to pay the filing fee again!
