I got a letter from Doyaga Law after a civil suit had been filed against me, so I gave them a call... I had been considering bankruptcy after my employer had been bought out by a large corporation and my overtime hours were cut considerably, but was under the impression that I would have to file Chapter 13 and be under the court's hand for 3-5 years, in order to keep my house, cars and motorcycles... after speaking with Matthew Doyaga, he assured me that I could file Ch 7, and just get a fresh start, without losing any of the aforementioned. I didnt even have to physically go to court, at all, the final hearing was done via Zoom! Extremely smooth and painless process with the attentive guidance of Matthew and his wife Laura answering any questions or concerns I had along the way. If you are finding yourself stressing about money and want to know what options you have... CALL THEIR OFFICE... YOU WILL BE GLAD YOU DID SO!
